I accepted your invitation because the amount of time that was proposed, seemed to be a little unusual, given the television system. Everything thing about the system deals with sound bites. Sound bites are really a huge hurdle when you speak to people of about issues of social concern, racial concern and I don’t know how you do it in 60 seconds. So this opportunity to have a broader space was welcomed by me and I saw it as an opportunity to say a few things that people don’t often hear on television.
